15 Jul Busy bee’s in the garden
One thing I love about being back in the UK is the abundant nature on my doorstep and these little fellas are on my lavender at my front doorstep…..they have amazed me every day since the lavender started appearing a month ago and sometimes we may have at least 50 bees buzzing around this one hedge at my front door.
We all know how precious bees are to our environment and I love that our garden can support that.
I could resist getting out the macro lens this dull summer morning to capture these amazing creatures, shot with my Sony A7RII and the canon 100mm macro (with Metabones M4) on f6.3 – f8. Continuous focus as these bad boys were fast and the macro is not a fan of fast things 🙂
Seeing a few dust spots on my images reminds me I really need to clean my cameras!!!!
